Despite the historical top telecom companies of Canada i.e. Rogers Communications Inc. and BCE Inc. analysts of Citi place Telus at top for some reasons!
Citi Research analyst Michael Rollins prefers Telus Telecommunication over all other telecom companies working in Canada giving the main reason that “this is a sign of investors aligning their share price estimates more to that of fundamentals than strictly yield,” he wrote.

According to reports mentioned by Michael Rollins, Telus is able to increase upcoming quarterly earnings to $48 from $46, whereas Rogers to $55 from $51 and BCE to $63 from $62 to account for lower interest rates.
